Wow! Three hours is even less than I imagined!

This is a submission to Trijam #252, the 3 hour game jam. I intended to include some time-based mechanics that would get at the theme of "a few minutes late", but this is my first time doing such a limited jam, so I'm happy to just share what I have. Enjoy attempting to herd these sheep!
